Anita is an award-winning, NN/g Master Certified UX Designer and Professional Scrum Product Owner Level I (PSPO I) certified professional from Scrum.org, with over 15 years of experience in visual interface design, user journey, and product design & development from concept to launch across multiple industries, primarily at tech companies.
Anita has worked on design systems, web & interactive media, and UX/UI design for a variety of mediums. Her mission is to create a design strategy that considers all aspects of a product or service with the user, incorporating not only the beauty of function, such as usability and accessibility, but also elements like delight and emotion, which are more difficult to create and accomplish.
In addition to personas, story mapping, sketching, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping for desktop, web, mobile apps, and AR/VR. Anita has experience in front-end development, product management, branding, video editing, and motion graphics. As an avid learner, Anita is always evolving her skill set and continuing her education to bring new perspectives to her projects. One of her favorite things to do is work with other designers and stakeholders to discover fresh insights that address underlying goals and pain points to create user experiences that are comprehensive.

GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERTISE
Judging Excellence in Visual Design
Besides her UX expertise, Anita served as a graphic design judge at the CCPRO PROAwards in 2015. This role involved evaluating visual design competitions, including brochures, posters, print advertising, logo and brand identity design, and promotional/advertising campaigns.

JEWELRY DESIGN & CREATION
A Passion for Craftsmanship
In addition to her years of experience in design, Anita is passionate about jewelry making and design. She graduated from the Jewellers Academy in London, UK, with a diploma in Silver and Fine Art Jewellery. Anita continues to refine her skills in metal smithing and design.
Anita founded Primrose & Proper Jewelry in 2022, a startup company where she creates unique, handcrafted pieces. Her work blends traditional techniques with contemporary design, aiming to create jewellery that is both beautiful and meaningful for everyone.
